Winding Down, Winding Up
The job with Celerity is quickly winding down, while I continue to work on my resume and new job leads. There are now just two of us left on our floor (at one time there were about 35 people). It's pretty lonely (but I can play my music loud and no one complains). Still no offers, but I think I am getting close. I have a pretty good network going, with a LOT of friends and family spreading the word. Thanks!Tonight was Sara's chorus concert. They did a nice job and sang some fun songs. Reece was really bobbing to the tunes. He can really get into the music when he wants. He is a lot of fun (if you can keep up with the messes).
Last night we had FHE at the Lunt's (Jay and Danielle) home. It was fun to get together. It always seems like we have something going and never get around to visiting with other families. It was nice to have something on the calendar that forced us to get out. The kids had fun decorating cookies and singing carols. We also did a nativity puppet show. Very cool. It is always great to get into the Christmas spirit. I can't think of anything better than the Spirit of the Season! We all face challenges and have trials, but it is just great to think about the humble birth of the Savior and his life of love and service.
I still need to get the Christmas letter written, but it is too late. Maybe I can free up some of JoLynn's time and let her do the letter. More tomorrow.
